Home Rules

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.

• Check-out: Leave the house by 10:30 AM.

• Silence periods: Please avoid making noise during the following times: before 8:00 AM, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and after 10:00 PM.

• Energy saving: Please remember to turn off lights and household appliances when leaving the property. We kindly ask you to pay special attention to the air conditioner.

• Kitchen usage: Before turning on the stove, make sure to lift the glass cover and lower it only when the burners are cool.

• Toilet: Do not throw non-biodegradable items, such as sanitary napkins and wet wipes, into the toilet.

• Damages: Please make sure to promptly inform the owner of any damage or incidents that might occur on the property during your stay.

• Pets: We love animals but, unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our house.

• Smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors with a sound alarm system are installed.

• Food and drinks: It is forbidden to bring any food and drinks into or around the pool area.

• Pool: Please have a shower before entering the pool and, most importantly, avoid using any sunscreen which could lead to stains on the pool liner.

• Waste: Make sure to use the recycling bins and place the garbage in the designated bag outside the main entrance every evening, following the waste collection schedule.

• Respect for the property: Please treat the house and furnishings with care and respect. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the responsible guest.
